Paul M. Schwartz
Managing Director, Detroit
Paul is the Managing Director and a founder of IAG, and a founding partner of Mammoth Licensing. Prior to founding IAG, Paul was Vice President and General Counsel of a global intellectual property licensing company, and a litigation partner with a national IP law firm. Paul holds a BSEE from Michigan State University College of Engineering and a JD from Wayne State University School of Law. He is a US registered patent attorney, an active member of the Michigan Bar, and has been admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the DC Court of Appeals.
Eric Ma
Senior Director, Seattle
Eric is a Senior Director of IAG, a founding partner of Mammoth Licensing, and the founder of Shuttle Legal Services. Eric has over 20 years of experience in legal service and management roles for Taiwan-based companies, including AU Optronics and Wistron. Eric holds a BChE and MS - Life Science from National Tsing Hua University - Hsinchu Taiwan, a JD from Seattle Law School, and a Master of Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Eric is a registered Patent Attorney and an active member of the Washington Bar.
Dallas R. Martin
Senior Advisor, Denver
Dallas is a strategic senior advisor to IAG, and Associate University Counsel for Technology Transfer, University of Colorado - CU Inventions. Previously, Dallas was SVP and General Counsel at iRunway, Inc., VP and Licensing Executive at IPVALUE, and VP and IP Counsel at Level 3 Communications. He also held senior counsel and director positions at First Data Corporation and US West. Dallas has created and managed IP management programs that have generated over 5,000 patents and $250M in deal value. Dallas holds BA and JD degrees from the University of Kansas, and is an active member of the Colorado Bar.
Lisa Miller Schwartz
General Counsel, Detroit
Lisa is the General Counsel and a founder of IAG. Prior to founding IAG, Lisa gained extensive litigation experience working as a trial attorney in the Detroit Legal Aid and Defender Association, where she represented defendants in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and Wayne County Circuit Court (formerly Recorders Court), collectively managing and litigating hundreds of cases. Lisa holds a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Lisa is an active member of the Michigan Bar.
