As Managing Director of IAG, and IAM Magazine leading IP strategist, Paul has primary responsibility for developing and executing firm strategy across all divisions and services. Paul has more than 25 years of experience in developing and capitalizing Intellectual Property (IP) assets on behalf of the Global 500, including prosecuting, litigating, and licensing patents, and transacting patent sales, worldwide. He is a recognized leader in IP Management and Monetization having personally negotiated terms and conditions of hundreds of related agreements. Before founding IAG, Paul was Vice President and General Counsel of SCI where he similarly had responsibility for developing and implementing SCI’s IP management and monetization strategy, successfully prosecuting, litigating and licensing essential patents across multiple industries and product lines.
Before joining SCI, Paul was a Litigation Partner at Brooks Kushman where he built his legal career helping clients develop and capitalize their intellectual assets primarily in the electronics and telecommunications fields, including semiconductor devices and processes, displays, wireless systems, chipsets and standards, radio-frequency identification, computer networks, imaging systems, and storage devices. In addition, Paul counseled clients on strategic IP matters, providing opinions on infringement, validity, and enforceability, including claim interpretation, claim mapping, and related legal issues.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a J.D. from the School of Law, Wayne State University. He is a Registered Patent Attorney and has been admitted to participate in cases in multiple State and Federal courts in California, Illinois, Michigan, and Texas, as well as the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Paul is a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the Licensing Executives Society, and the Michigan Bar.

Tiffany is the Director of Business Development within IAG with responsibility for identifying target markets, target opportunities, and coordinating communication with actual and prospective firm clients. The Business Development and Client Relations Group realizes new business opportunities and implements marketing and customer relationship strategies of the firm.
Tiffany holds a B.S. in Biology from Wayne State University and has extensive experience in managing strategic business relationships.
